Weald III Beat Dunnings - Acorns II in a close match.
With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.
On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 10 ranking points separating the two players before the match.
The Away player, Neil Cooper, did well therefore to secure the win.
It was the number 4 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 87 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player and Player of the match, Julian Tate.
Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, James MCCLEAN, who over-turned a 1623 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
